Phlebotomist

Performs EKG duties and collects blood from neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients following established standards and practices.

Education:

• HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
• Other: Completion of a training program for phlebotomist.

Certification & Licensure:

• CPTI-Certified Phlebotomy Technician I
• CPTII-Certified Phlebotomy Technician II

Preferred Experience As Typically Acquired In:

• 6 months work experience in Phlebotomy
• Prior EKG experience.

Job Shift: Varied

Schedule: Full Time

Shift Hours: 8

Days of the Week: Variable

Weekend Requirements: Rotating Weekends
