About the RoleWe're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, with a focus on international logistics and UPS systems.This is a 3-6 month contract with a possibility of extension.You'll Make a Difference By* Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments and deliveries* Preparing and packaging outgoing domestic and international shipments* Operating UPS shipping software to generate labels and manage logistics* Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and receipts* Coordinating with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely delivery* Keeping the shipping/receiving area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards* Lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs as needed* Other duties as assignedAbout You* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently* Prior experience with international shipping procedures* Proficiency using UPS computer systems and shipping software* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently* Prefer familiarity with customs documentation and international freight coordination* Prefer experience in a warehouse or logistics environmentAbout AriatAriat is an innovative, outdoor global brand with roots in equestrian performance.
