Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain mechanical and electrical spaces in a clean and orderly manner. Occasional painting is required. Pick up parts, supplies, equipment for the Engineering Department from local vendors using company vehicle. Assist Engineers in performance of utility type work (e.g., heavy lifting, changing HVAC filters, heat exchange and equipment cleaning, etc.)Performs simple tasks and procedures such as re-lamping and fixture/diffuser cleaning, replacing ceiling tiles, door hardware adjustment and repairs, thermostat adjustment, minor plumbing repairs including drain cleaning, other handyman type work requiring the use of hand tools. When necessary, works during events to assist assigned event engineers with may entail working at night, on weekends or holidays. Performs other duties as assigned.
