About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Vice President to lead our Construction division and drive the strategic and operational management of a substantial volume of pre-construction and construction activities. This pivotal role involves developing and managing strong partnerships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers, overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction from pre-construction through to site commissioning.

The ideal candidate will excel in collaboration with various internal teams to deliver cohesive project outcomes while maintaining a keen focus on budget adherence and schedule management. You will play a crucial role in advancing construction practices aimed at accelerating timelines and reducing costs.

To succeed in this position, you should possess a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction leadership, particularly in civil and energy sectors. A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related fields is essential.
