DeHay & Elliston, LLP, a nationally recognized asbestos litigation law firm, seeks an attorney to join its Chicago office. The person who holds this position must have the ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, independently and for the benefit of the team, possessing the skills and experience listed below:

• Experience as an Attorney in a law firm setting preferred.
• Civil litigation or asbestos defense experience preferred.
• JD Degree required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent organizational and time management, research, and analytical skills.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and proactively manage a large caseload.
• Must have ability to work well independently, as well as be part of a team.
• Must be able to multi-task and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

We have offices across the US in Dallas, Houston, Baltimore, the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Chicago, and West Virginia. We currently have approximately 30 attorneys and 40 support staff. We practice heavily in complex civil litigation.
