Overview

Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, and meet with customers to review room designs and purchasing recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support Customers First by delivering fast, thorough, and friendly service.
• Assess project needs, provide showroom tours, and guide customers through design options.
• Schedule and conduct kitchen and/or bath measures and review room designs with customers, making purchasing recommendations.
• Support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary.
• Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment.
• By supporting these priorities, drive sales to support department and store goals.
