We are looking for a detail‑oriented Shipping Clerk to coordinate daily shipments and manage stock with efficiency and accuracy. The role involves working with FedEx Desktop Software, NetSuite ERP, processing RMAs, and supporting material control activities.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager and collaborating closely with a Shipping Clerk II, you'll join a tight‑knit, open‑minded, and adaptable team culture.

This position offers a clear growth path within the shipping function (Clerk II → Lead → Manager).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments and manage inventory accurately.
• Use FedEx Desktop Software and NetSuite ERP to execute shipping tasks.
• Process RMAs and support material control activities.
• Handle sensitive information with high attention to detail.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams through an internal chat tool.
