What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Perform open-source threat collection and analysis to identify indications of cyber threats
• Maintain awareness of emerging threats and exploitation vectors
• Provide analysis to help protect the employer from advanced cyber threats
• Prepare detailed analysis reports and briefings of security incidents for stakeholders
• Support projects to improve data collection and interpretation processes regarding threat intelligence

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology or relevant education (bachelor's degree) in a related subject
• Knowledge/experience with IDS/IPS, firewalls, SIEM, or other security platforms is strongly preferred
• Understanding of network defense principles, common attack vectors, and adversary tactics
• Basic understanding of cyber threat intelligence principles and frameworks
• Strong work ethic with good communication skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with cyber threat intelligence principles and frameworks, such as MITRE ATT&CK
• Demonstrated knowledge of common adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Ability to express complex technical issues in understandable language
