Location and Compensation

Location: Richmond, CA

Starting Pay: $24.04/hour

Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire

Schedule

Start times: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM, 5 days a week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off of railcars safely and efficiently.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory, and inspection.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify and report any visible damage or quality issues.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely vehicle movement.
• Follow all safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• A willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 40 lbs over head while standing
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs both off and on railcars
• Manual transmission experience preferred, but not required
• Open availability required, with the ability to work 5 days a week.
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening.
• The Federal Rail Administration safety regulations apply; use of cannabis is strictly prohibited. If applicable and offered, you will have to pass a drug screen.
