Cashier Position

This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience, especially for our VIP clientele. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Process payments quickly and accurately using POS systems.
• Keep vehicle lines moving efficiently while maintaining top-tier service.
• Answer guest questions regarding event logistics, parking, and amenities.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, client expectations, and union rules.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Familiarity with union environments and compliance is a plus.
