Project Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop project budgets, timelines, scopes, and resource plans
  • Obtain permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Oversee and manage subcontractors and construction crews
  • Track project costs and manage change orders
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
  • >Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
  • Identify and resolve issues or delays that could impact project delivery
  • Ensure all safety protocols and standards are followed on job sites
  • Communicate project status and updates with stakeholders regularly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential HOA
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

Working Conditions

Mix of office and fieldwork; frequent site visits required

Ability to travel to various project locations as needed

Hours of Work

Basic schedule includes, but is not limited to, coverage of projects from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Coordinate with the production team

Maintains relationships with peers and all departments within the company

Maintains relationships with clients, suppliers, vendors, and others serving the Company
