Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets, timelines, scopes, and resource plans
- Obtain permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Oversee and manage subcontractors and construction crews
- Track project costs and manage change orders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
>Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules- Identify and resolve issues or delays that could impact project delivery
- Ensure all safety protocols and standards are followed on job sites
- Communicate project status and updates with stakeholders regularly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential HOA
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (MS Word, MS Excel)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Working Conditions
Mix of office and fieldwork; frequent site visits required
Ability to travel to various project locations as needed

Hours of Work
Basic schedule includes, but is not limited to, coverage of projects from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
