This position is an employment law role that is fully remote and contract-to-hire, based in and licensed in California.

Job details and highlights: 100% remote, contract to hire, entry level attorney / pre-litigation attorney role, with potential conversion to permanent hire after 3 months. Target hourly rate: $40 - $45.

• Willingness to contract for 3 months before conversion to perm, direct hire
• Comfort with a pre-litigation role on the negotiation team
