Position Summary:
The Technology Lead will support Amplify's evolution from manual pilot to scaled platform by building automations that enable the team to operate efficiently today while collaborating with Client to implement the automated platform for tomorrow.
In the near term, you'll rapidly prototype and implement automations using low-code and no-code tools to support the manual pilot program—a concierge-guided experience helping customers through EV selection, home assessment, and charger installation. You'll build workflows, integrations, and AI-enhanced tools that allow the Amplify team to deliver personalized support at pilot scale.
As the product demonstrates value and readiness to scale, you'll transition to working closely with Client IT and external development vendors as a technical advisor and bridge, helping translate product requirements and operational learnings into specifications for an automated customer‑facing platform that can serve customers across Client's service area.
