About The Team

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
• 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
• 4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making.
• 2+ years of direct management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of working with senior staff (e.g., C‑suite) experience.
• MBA, or CPA.
• Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase or Cognos) and providing recommendations based on ad hoc analyses for strategic decision‑making.
• 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• 3+ years of advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.).
