Lumicity is partnered with a leading eVTOL startup in the Bay Area. The team is working on the next generation of electric propulsion systems and are looking for an experienced Motor Controls Engineer with development experience. Small team, high impact!

Note: Due to the nature of work, only U.S. Citizen or Green Card will be considered for this position.

Ideal Candidate

• Design, tune, and validate advanced motor control algorithms (torque, speed, current)
• Test and analyze performance through hands‑on dyno testing and flight data analysis
• Develop and optimize embedded control software in C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink
• Apply expertise in FOC/DTC, PWM, and three‑phase motor control
