Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Attorney based in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering full flexibility for remote work. The Litigation Attorney will manage all aspects of active litigation, including drafting and responding to motions, conducting depositions, preparing for trials, and representing clients in court. Additional responsibilities include legal research, case strategy development, and collaborating with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes. The ideal candidate has 3 to 7 years of experience in general litigation. Experience in Real Estate, landlord-tenant, and habitability litigation is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in all aspects of litigation, including Law, Courts, and Trials
  • Experience with drafting and responding to Motions and presenting legal arguments
  • Skills in conducting Depositions and preparing for litigation proceedings
  • Strong research abilities and attention to detail
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California law license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Experience in complex litigation or high-value cases is a plus
