Plans, executes, monitors, and evaluates the operations within the assigned geographic area, ensuring operational excellence that supports the organization's strategic focus on quality, service, and affordability that meets the overall strategic direction of Sutter Health. The incumbent is responsible for implementing and monitoring policies and procedures that ensure high‑quality, efficient and compassionate patient care. Incumbent will work collaboratively with the geographic leadership team, service line leaders to promote planning, innovation, and problem solving to align back with enterprise strategy. Has authority and accountability for the assigned geographic area, including patient satisfaction, quality of care, financial goals (incumbent will have financial accountability for budget and revenue for the assigned geographic area), and responsibility of managing all capital expenditures.At large affiliates that define the position as Executive‑Path leadership, the title will be Executive.
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's: Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
