Job Category

We are looking for an exceptionally intelligent, talented, and organized professional to join our team as a Product Manager supporting our QRP vertical. They will continuously work on creating and enhancing digital products for external clients, focusing on optimizations that can increase revenue and user conversion. This person will be working on custom‑built websites, search‑and‑compare products, and external software integrations for our client partners.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building the web products and strategy (widgets, form flows, CRM integrations and search/compare experiences) for external partners.
  • Working autonomously with a cross‑functional team of PMs, Developers, Account Managers, UX designers, and Compliance to deliver new products and user experiences.
  • Managing the digital product roadmap and pipeline, overseeing the creation and launch of new products to improve performance, efficiency & scalability of our digital portfolio.
  • Ability to communicate with external clients, gather requirements, communicate expected timelines, and manage product expectations alongside account management team.
  • Identifying high‑growth/high‑revenue opportunities and take the lead on executing them, A/B testing, measuring them and optimizing their performance across the portfolio.
  • Build and analyze reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders involved in projects. Communicate results and plan next steps to keep improving site performance and measure the ROI on our efforts.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required in Business, CS, Economics, Marketing or related.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • Capability to prioritize projects independently while juggling several parallel work streams and managing external due dates.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders, including PMs, Engineering teams, Creative, Account Management, and Analytics.
  • Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines across cross‑functional groups while keeping all stakeholders involved in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate findings into strategic implications. Strong Excel & data analysis skills and a willingness to "get your hands dirty" with data.
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to "push the envelope" in the pursuit of unrealized opportunities. Ability to look at the competitive landscape and identify product opportunities.
  • Initiative, a sense of urgency, and an adaptable "can do" attitude; enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic.

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 USD to $110,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; retirement benefits; the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); and any other tax‑reportable benefits.
