Job Description Summary
This position supports See's marketing functions to execute short and long-term marketing plans that drive sales and traffic. It is responsible for effectively strategizing, planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting on approved marketing campaigns for retail, wholesale and eCommerce businesses.
The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000.
Position Responsibilities:
- Strategizes and executes marketing that directly supports efforts to increase awareness, consideration and sales for all business channels.
- Writes creative briefs for in‑shop, email and direct mail campaigns. Works hand‑in‑hand with production on the delivery of creative assets and materials.
- Supports creation of email and SMS content calendar using performance insights from Google Analytics and Excel analysis.
- Assists in SMS marketing strategy and execution of triggered and on‑demand campaigns. Manages end‑to‑end operations from concept to deployment, including creative briefs and scheduling.
- Manages administration of budget, including invoice processing and follow‑up.
- Owns marketing calendars and other marketing initiative trackers, ensuring that marketing and promotional activities across all channels and partners are accurately captured and communicated.
- Facilitates cross‑functional relationships with e‑commerce and inventory teams to align marketing efforts. Includes maintaining product inventory agenda and hosting weekly meetings with internal partners.
- Supports reporting of program results and recaps including sales, traffic and digital results. Presents to the marketing team.
- Tracks performance of in‑shop promotions and direct‑mail campaigns and analyzes data to optimize timing and distribution. Uses insights to present and propose new promotional strategies that support revenue and AOV goals.
- Proofs & Q&A campaigns, creative work and surveys.
- Maintains accuracy of all internal marketing documents.
- Manages communication to all selling channels and internal departments.
- Protects and manages the See's Brand at all times.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive creative marketing and advertising experience with a multi‑channel retailer.
- Experience in writing creative briefs for print, email and digital campaigns.
- Relevant marketing operations and project management experience.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Possesses strong analytical skills with experience making decisions based on data.
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced level PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Expertise in collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Problem solver with the ability to think proactively, react quickly and interact productively.
- Self‑starter who has a high degree of initiative and keen sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to run successful campaigns with little supervision. Experience in campaign management is a key requirement.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Passion for Brand Marketing a plus!
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
- BA degree required; equivalent related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
