As part of the GF PMO, you will collaborate with professionals from finance, major projects, sourcing, environmental, legal, and policy tomanage government funded programs that enable California's prosperity and reduce customer rates. Position Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager, Principal to join our expanding Government Funded Program Management Office (GF PMO) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our team and cross-functional partners are moving in the right direction and achieving our goals. They will own and facilitate all Operating Reviews, Steering Committee Meetings, Advisory Committee Meetings, and more. They will thrive in cross-functional discussions and drive collaboration and problem solving. They will drive and manage annual planning, hiring, priorities, team workload, and problem solving using lean tools and PG&E's performance playbook. PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
A Reasonable Salary Range:
Bay Area – $140,000-$207,900
And/or
California - $133,000-$198,000
