About the Role

We are hiring a product-focused Full-Stack Engineer for our client, an emerging technology company redefining how businesses connect with top talent.

In this role, you'll take full ownership of building intuitive, scalable products that empower recruiters and companies to collaborate more effectively. You'll work across the full product lifecycle from customer discovery to deployment with the autonomy to ship quickly and iterate based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with users to understand their needs and translate insights into product improvements.
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications that deliver exceptional performance and usability.
• Collaborate with recruiting professionals to develop innovative tools that improve workflow efficiency.
• Automate internal systems and operational processes to enhance scalability and speed.
• Build integrations with external platforms to extend the functionality of the product ecosystem.
• Contribute to growth initiatives, including user acquisition, activation, billing, and onboarding optimization.
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks and cloud infrastructure (e.g., React, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS).

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, building and maintaining modern web applications.
• Strong ability to own a codebase end-to-end from front-end interfaces to back-end architecture.
• Product-oriented mindset with deep attention to detail in UX, design, and business impact.
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments where you've built and shipped products quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, ownership-driven work style.
• A passion for building tools that make complex workflows simple and efficient.
