The Opportunity - Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be crucial in developing next-generation, AI-driven solutions for home care. This impactful role at a rapidly scaling global startup will allow you to directly enhance the lives of older adults and empower the agencies that serve them.

You will report directly to the VP of Product and take ownership of an entire product line—from crafting the vision and strategy to overseeing the roadmap, launch, and ongoing optimization. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial position that requires close collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and business leaders to drive significant outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of a complete product line—articulating vision, defining strategy, and delivering results related to adoption, retention, and revenue.
• Lead the comprehensive product development lifecycle, overseeing everything from concept and feature planning to launch and continuous improvement.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and deep market exploration to inform your decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Identify and prioritize features and releases based on customer needs and their business impact.
• Work alongside UX/UI designers to create engaging and user-friendly experiences for caregivers and agency staff.
• Engage cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Analyze product performance after launch, using data-driven insights to refine and scale effectively.
• Contribute to shaping a strong product team culture as we grow quickly.

What We're Looking For

• SaaS Product Management Expert: 8+ years managing B2B software products (preferably for SMBs); 2+ years in a leadership or team lead position. A proven record of managing web and mobile applications from ideation to scale, with experience in AI-powered products being a plus.
• User-Centric Innovator: Deep empathy for users coupled with a proven track record of creating impactful, user-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Collaborative Leader: Adept at navigating complex, cross-functional settings, with strong communication and storytelling capabilities to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinker: Skilled at translating complex data and insights into actionable product strategy.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, demonstrating strong attention to detail and proactive action.
• Bachelor's degree (a technical or scientific background is a plus).

Location: Austin, TX (3 days a week onsite) or San Francisco (1 day a month onsite, plus willingness to travel to Austin once a month). We also welcome candidates who are willing to relocate to Austin.
