Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee all inventory operations within our Robotics Lab. This role is responsible for managing materials to support robotics data collection and production activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory tracking, efficient procurement, and timely distribution to support lab operations while driving continuous improvements in inventory management and systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Track, receive, and organize materials used to support robotics data collection
• Develop and maintain effective inventory management systems, ensuring accuracy and real-time visibility of lab stock.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to forecast material needs and manage inventory levels.
• Establish and enforce inventory control procedures.
• Oversee procurement activities, including vendor management, purchase order tracking, and reconciliation with finance.
• Monitor critical stock levels and proactively reorder to prevent shortages or delays in project timelines.
• Generate regular reports on inventory metrics, usage trends, and cost efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management software and systems.
• Must be comfortable working in a
