Aquent is partnering with a leading, innovative beauty brand to shape the brand's physical presence and visual identity across print touchpoints. We're looking for a detail‑obsessed designer who thrives on turning concepts into printed realities.

About the Client

Key Responsibilities

  • Design a wide range of high‑quality print assets – in‑store fixtures, influencer marketing materials, educational tools, magazine & out‑of‑home adverts, event graphics, pop‑up activations and brand collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Sales, Marketing, Copy, and Events teams to deliver on‑brand visual solutions.
  • Incorporate multiple rounds of feedback refining designs based on input from the Design Director and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all printed materials align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across channels.
  • Prepare and package files for production, working directly with vendors and print partners to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Stay current with print design trends, materials, and production techniques.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years professional design experience with a strong focus on print design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production best practices.
  • Proven experience preparing production‑ready files and collaborating with print vendors.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality print work.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, customer‑centric visual solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset, adept at handling feedback constructively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, skilled at managing time and priorities.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, eager to grow within a dynamic team.
  • Passion for beauty, fashion, or retail design aesthetics.

Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Experience in the beauty industry.
  • Prior experience in an in‑house creative team.
  • Familiarity with retail environment and consumer brand experiences.
