Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. You will analyze and optimize business processes to support operational efficiency and transformation initiatives.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to identify process improvement opportunities and support solution design.
• Document current and future state workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into functional specifications and actionable insights.
• Support project teams during implementation by validating requirements and facilitating communication between business and technical teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments, recommending changes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on process performance, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in business analysis and process improvement.
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into process enhancements.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
