We are looking for a talented Customer Success/Post-Sales Support Engineer. As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll be part of a winning team developing and deploying the latest state-of-the-art technologies. You will be working on systems with a direct impact on the customer experience. Your duties will include seeking resolution to problems and mitigating risk, training the customer's technical personnel and being the voice on the customer at Lightbits. You will help solve a variety of challenges and offer your expertise in growing the knowledge of your peers via team collaboration. This position is based in the USA, CA – San Francisco Bay Area.
