Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Trial Paralegal for a contract position to support a national law firm client in the Bay Area. This is a long-term temporary opportunity for a litigation professional with hands‑on trial preparation experience in California courts.

Position Overview: The Contract Trial Paralegal will be responsible for managing all aspects of trial preparation. While this role does not require court attendance, the candidate must be fully capable of assembling and coordinating all materials and logistics necessary for trial readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare exhibit lists, witness lists, jury instructions, motions in limine, pretrial motions, and outlines for opening statements and examinations
  • Manage e‑discovery processes, including document review and coordination using platforms such as Relativity and iPro
  • Organize and maintain trial‑related documentation and deadlines
  • Utilize legal software including Microsoft 365, CCC Macros, and iManage

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of litigation paralegal experience with a strong focus on trial preparation
  • Must have extensive trial experience in California
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Technologically proficient and comfortable using advanced legal software tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Schedule:

  • 8‑hour workdays, Monday through Friday
  • Remote and onsite candidates will be considered
