We stand out as an agency deeply embedded in our clients' recruitment operations, working directly with hiring managers such as Partners and Directors of Big 4/Big 6 and Big 20, in-house Tax leaders, and startup founders in the Tax Tech ecosystem.

Location: Downtown, San Francisco, CA - Full time, On-site.

General Responsibilities: As the Founding Tax Analyst, you will define the core tax intelligence of the platform, translating complex federal and state tax law into accurate, executable models, ensuring our simulation stack produces insights that are legally sound, practically actionable, and optimized for HNWI clients.

  • Write natural language tax calculation logic and develop frameworks for simulation stacks that reflect real-world HNWI scenarios.
  • Analyze 1040s and related forms to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineers to digitize tax rules, ensuring accuracy and actionable outputs.
  • Apply AI and prompt engineering techniques to extract insights from tax documents and identify areas for optimization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on federal and state tax laws.

Required Skills & Experience: 4-8 years of experience in tax preparation, advisory, or accounting with HNWI clients, deep understanding of AMT, equity compensation, and multi-entity tax structures.

Not required but Preferred/Bonus to have: CPA, tax attorney (LL.M), or accounting/legal background, familiarity with LLMs, AI, or prompt engineering in the context of tax optimization.
