We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Investor Relations Strategy to lead our external financial communications and engage with our investor community effectively. This essential role is ideal for a professional adept at navigating fast-paced environments, with a strong background in the biotech or life sciences sectors and experience with public company operations and product launches.

The successful candidate will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in investor relations, corporate strategy, or finance within biotech or life sciences is required. Candidates must have a robust understanding of equity markets, investor priorities, and drivers of biotech valuation, coupled with the ability to communicate complex scientific and corporate strategies clearly and compellingly.
