About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Director of Organizational Strategy to join our leadership team. In this key role, you will partner closely with the Co-Executive Directors to drive the operational and strategic initiatives that ensure our programs are both effective and impactful. You will lead efforts in program development, fundraising, and scaling opportunities to further our mission.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring programmatic excellence, leading the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process, and cultivating a culture of high performance and accountability within our organization. You will also play a critical role in leadership and management, cross-team alignment, and project management initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years in senior management, and a proven history of successful organizational leadership. You should be adept at program evaluation and management, with outstanding communication skills, an action-oriented mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Your ability to work with diverse groups and your commitment to integrity and positivity are essential to fit within our mission-driven culture.
In this role, you will also collaborate with the Co-Executive Directors and marketing team to enhance our external relations, including preparing for public engagements and thought leadership opportunities.
