What You'll Do:
+ Provide customer service to clients by executing security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
+ Monitor and control access to authorized areas, verifying identification and credentials to help maintain a secure environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff and visitors as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel for follow-up.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities and incidents according to company and client requirements.
+ Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to support the security-related needs of the location.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Must have three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Must have five or more years of security-related experience.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
