About the Role
As Head of Product, you'll own the product vision, strategy, and execution across both sides of our marketplace. You'll shape the direction of our platform—from mobile and web experience to logistics integrations and new business lines—and lead a high‑performing Product team.
Responsibilities
- Define & execute the product vision and strategy, aligning priorities with Bounce's long‑term goals.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a Product team, providing clarity and coaching while staying involved in day‑to‑day execution.
- Drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from discovery to launch—ensuring delightful, high‑performance, market‑leading products.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to align on roadmap and execution.
- Stay close to users and data, synthesizing insights from travelers, partners, and analytics to inform decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Launch new business lines (0→1), validating emerging opportunities to extend Bounce's platform.
- Foster a high‑ownership culture, inspiring the team to move fast, stay lean, and build products customers truly love.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading Product teams with a track record of scaling from 0 to 1 and managing strategy.
- Experience in B2C marketplaces or multi‑sided platforms with deep understanding of platform dynamics.
- Strong analytical, data‑driven, and customer‑obsessed mindset, balancing user needs with business outcomes.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments—turning ambiguity into structure and insight into action.
- Hands‑on execution: close to details, motivated by shipping great products.
- Prior success building new product lines, verticals, or platform expansions.
