About the Role
We are seeking a Manager II, FinTech AI Application Development (L5B) to join Uber's FinTech team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and AI innovation, driving how generative AI, machine learning, and automation reshape Finance and Accounting at Uber.
This position emphasizes leadership, product vision, and domain expertise, while also valuing the ability to engage in technical exploration when appropriate. You will define the roadmap for AI in Finance, guide teams in exploring high-value use cases, and partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Uber's central AI teams to ensure scalable, impactful adoption of AI solutions.
This is a high-visibility role for a leader who understands both enterprise finance systems and emerging AI technologies, and who can bridge technical possibilities with business priorities.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$211,000 per year – USD$234,000 per year.
