We are backed by leading Bay Area venture capitalists and advised by industry experts, partnering with both Fortune 100 companies and SMBs to transform the future of fulfillment.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses and meaningful equity.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with company match, and stock options.
  • Growth: Opportunities for professional development and the chance to be a key contributor in a rapidly growing startup.
  • Impact: Direct collaboration with our founding team, shaping the future of fulfillment technology.

Role Overview

As one of our Senior Software Engineers, you will own mission-critical product surfaces end to end. This includes rich, component-based user interfaces, resilient backend services, and cross-platform desktop applications operating on managed cloud infrastructure. You will set technical direction, mentor teammates, and ship high-leverage features that power our Vision AI workflows and measurable customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-end Delivery: Design, build, and operate user-facing features across web, desktop, and service layers, including data models, APIs, and automated releases.
  • Desktop and Device Integration: develop cross-platform desktop applications that interface with peripherals and on-device inference to enable low-latency, reliable warehouse operations.
  • Front-end Engineering: implement accessible, performant, component-driven UIs with robust state management, routing, form systems, and design-system primitives. Uphold strict performance budgets such as LCP, CLS, and TTI.
  • Cloud and Reliability: architect cloud-native services using managed compute, storage, messaging, and observability. Implement secure IAM, secrets management, and compliance-minded workflows.
  • Quality and Delivery: own CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, package signing, and safe rollout strategies such as canary and blue green for both services and desktop auto-updates.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product and Sales to translate workflows into technical designs, instrument features for usage analytics and ROI, and iterate quickly based on customer feedback.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 7 to 10 plus years in professional software engineering with clear evidence of senior-level ownership of full-stack systems across architecture, implementation, and operations.
  • Front-end: deep proficiency with modern, component-based UI paradigms, accessibility best practices, performance tuning, and testing.
  • Desktop: hands-on experience building cross-platform desktop applications, including native integrations such as file system and devices, secure packaging, auto-update channels, and code signing.
  • Backend: strong experience designing and scaling APIs such as REST or GraphQL, background processing, real-time messaging, and data storage across relational and NoSQL with thoughtful caching and security.
  • Cloud and DevOps: comfortable running production workloads on a major managed cloud provider across compute, serverless, containers, object storage, managed databases, and IAM. Familiar with IaC, monitoring, tracing, and alerting.
  • Data-driven: skilled at instrumentation, dashboards, and experimentation to link engineering work to business outcomes such as throughput, accuracy, error rates, and ROI.
  • Startup mindset: thrive in a fast-paced environment with high ownership, ambiguity, and rapid iteration. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bonus: exposure to AI-enabled products, supply chain or fulfillment domains, or edge computing patterns.

Location

  • Remote (U.S.-based) or located in San Francisco, CA, or Arlington, TX. We are a fully remote-friendly company and offer occasional in-office meetups.
