LHH is partnering with a leading law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their San Francisco office. This role focuses on tort defense litigation, including transportation-related personal injury and property damage cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage case files from inception through trial or settlement
• Draft and respond to discovery; prepare subpoenas and privilege logs
• Assist attorneys with depositions and trial preparation
• Research, vet, and coordinate with expert witnesses
• Prepare legal documents, chronologies, and trial binders
• Handle trial logistics, exhibit management, and attend trial as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience (personal injury/auto accidents preferred)
• Experience with expert retention and medical chronologies
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, LexisNexis, Relativity, TrialPad, and iManage
• Familiarity with state and federal court systems and filings
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Role

• Hybrid role 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
• This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $75,000 to $101,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
