Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, and estate and trust.
• Provide clients with tax planning and financial consulting services.
• Conduct in-depth tax research on complex issues.
• Supervise and mentor junior and senior staff members.
• Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with firm partners on business and tax planning strategies.
• Manage a client portfolio, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree in Taxation preferred)
• Experience in a managerial role
• 8-10 years experience in public accounting
• CPA license preferred
• Experience with individual, corporate, partnership, and estate/trust tax returns
