Financial Analyst – Sanmina Corporation

Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze financial data to support company goals and financial standing.
- Assemble and summarize data to generate detailed reports on financial status and risk.
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
- Conduct business studies and develop forecast models for past, present and future performance.
- Gather meaningful information, identify trends, and recommend actions to management based on sound analysis.
- Track and determine financial status by comparing actual results to forecasts.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
- Maintain up‑to‑date job knowledge of market developments.
- Consult with management to guide long‑term and strategic decision making.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
- Assist in the monthly financial close process.
- Lead and administer Operations Finance projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a manufacturing environment; electronics manufacturing a plus.
- Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications; Oracle experience highly desirable.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting, diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Proven knowledge of financial accounting including the monthly financial close process.
- Skill in interpreting, organizing and analyzing financial data from multiple sources.
- Ability to develop ad‑hoc reports and presentations.
- Strong teamwork and independent working abilities.
- Leadership skills for multi‑departmental projects.
- Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.

Salary Range (annual): $80,000 – $110,000. The total rewards package includes health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company‑paid holidays, paid time off, restricted stock unit awards, and a discretionary bonus program.
