Position Summary

Primary Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Partners and colleagues to manage a client load of 75-80 clients
- Provide exceptional, responsive service, portfolio management, and advice to all clients
- Maintain a disciplined and organized approach to managing numerous client activities and tasks
- Manage and mentor Associates and Senior Associates
- Build strong, long-term client relationships. Work with clients to analyze their current financial health, help set short/long-term financial goals, and design a realistic plan of action
- Coordinate client meetings including materials, agenda, and post-meeting action item follow-up
- Provide answers to clients' questions with superior service front of mind
- Perform financial planning using e-Money
- Provide trade recommendations and portfolio management
- Achieve annually established goals to obtain client referrals, develop relationships with centers of influence, and develop new business in a rainmaking or closing role
- Demonstrate professional, ethical, and courteous conduct in responsibilities and dealings with clients, prospects, COIs, colleagues, and other entities with which Cerity Partners has a relationship; comply with legal, professional and established firm standards of conduct
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years of professional work experience, ideally with 3+ years financial planning or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- CFP designation
- Working knowledge of e-Money, Salesforce, and Excel

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Compensation Range
$150,000 - $220,000
