Our smart access technology focuses on solving major challenges and pain points for the multifamily industry such as improving security through replacing antiquated audio only intercom systems with a high security video intercom, reducing burden on managing the system for property managers and making access frictionless for residents through face recognition access.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle for a set number of leads, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
• Handle a pipeline of 75-100 opportunities
• Make 500 outbound calls a week through Orum
• Consult with prospects to understand their specific challenges and objectives and demonstrate how our solution can address their unique needs through the SPICED & Challenger method
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions
• Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support for clients

Qualifications And Experience

• An undergraduate degree at an accredited university
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales metrics
• Ideally someone who has experience in SMB & Mid Market sales
• Has experience working independently and works well in a team environment
• + if you have experience working at startup
