About Martin/Martin
Martin/Martin, Inc. is a full-service civil and structural consulting engineering firm, headquartered in the Denver area, built on experience and industry leadership cultivated since the 1940s. Our engineered solutions are developed through a culture of integrity, service, creativity, and quality for the benefit of our clients and the community. Our structural engineers develop customized structural systems to meet design requirements for new facilities and expansions. Our civil teams focus on site and infrastructure design including traffic/transportation, parking, street layout/lighting, water and wastewater utilities, stormwater drainage, circulation, paving, surveying, security issues, and other site considerations. Our investigative engineers can provide support for existing projects, both buildings and sites, to design and implement repairs, renovations, or improvements. With nine office locations and a staff of more than 370, Martin/Martin engineers regularly perform work throughout Colorado, across the United States, and internationally.
A typical work week can include engineering calculations, drawing development, Construction Administration tasks, and site visits. This position allows for interactions with owners, architects, and contractors early in your career as you build relationships throughout the project life cycle. While many of our projects are located in California, Martin/Martin's national footprint provides opportunities to work on projects around the country.
We operate in a dynamic environment and strive to support a culture that is collaborative, innovative, and creative. Each project presents unique challenges and opportunities to learn and grow as an engineer. The successful candidate will develop expertise in a broad range of structural engineering skills, demonstrate a willingness to learn, work as part of a team, and produce high-quality designs for our clients.
