Job Title: Junior Operations Specialist

Description:

1. Perform daily maintenance of the facility and assist with preparing the facility prior to clinical manufacturing, maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.
2. Submit order requests, receive, ship, and handle inventory, materials, chemicals, gases, and equipment; restock supplies and materials as needed.
3. Assist the Operations Manager with coordinating and performing cleanroom facility operations, environmental monitoring, lab equipment maintenance, QC, and compliance monitoring.
4. Coordinate and perform cleaning of the GMP cleanroom facility.
5. Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring compliance with operational SOPs and EH&S guidelines.
6. Assist with training new staff in lab and cGMP operational processes.
7. Help with repairs of labs and equipment, including emergency repairs if necessary.
8. Verify any certificates and/or licenses required for the position; minimum requirement is an AS or BS in any scientific field.

Shift & Schedule:

• Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (08:30 - 17:00)
• Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
