About the Role

As a Marketing Technologist specializing in data and systems, you'll lead the charge in integrating marketing technology with strategic program management. Your role is pivotal in driving scalable solutions, optimizing workflows, and enhancing cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data views in Power BI to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvements.
• Develop scalable workflow processes and automations using Adobe Workfront and Fusion.
• Manage program scope and objectives, ensuring effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define solution requirements and drive consensus.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level marketing systems implementations and support.
• Proven ability to define and monitor KPIs.
• Experience with Power BI, Fusion, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and REST APIs.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant courses in database management and data analytics.

Pay range and compensation package

$65.49 - $81.95/hour
