About The Role: At Productboard, the world's best products are created by product makers who deeply understand their customers' needs. We center the functionality of our Product Management Platform around understanding customers, competitors, feedback, and user research. The Insights team oversees data about the market, including information on customers and competitors, user feedback, and research from interviews, emails, support tickets, social media conversations, app reviews, direct customer requests, and more. We are seeking a seasoned Staff Product Designer to help customers map value throughout their journey, own the product area related to customer insights, and drive growth with customers. You'll work across platforms to ensure a customer-centric approach, raise the bar of design craft, and drive both design and execution to stay ahead of the competition in an enterprise context.
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with on-site collaboration three days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). You will also collaborate with globally located product teams and may travel to Prague and other European destinations.
Responsibilities include leading and mentoring design work, shaping strategies, and contributing to design critiques and product discussions to inform decisions.

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $160,000 - $210,000. This role is eligible for equity and other benefits. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location and may be adjusted over time.
