Overview: HGA's Healthcare (HC) practice is seeking a BIM Specialist to join our team in California. The role involves providing Revit model support to architects, planners, and designers, managing Revit models, and ensuring BIM standards are met across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setup and manage Revit models according to HGA BIM standards.
2. Maintain Revit model health and troubleshoot issues.
3. Coordinate with project teams and disciplines for BIM workflows.
4. Assist in training staff and customizing Revit applications.
5. Perform model setup, maintenance, and closeout tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree with 2-5 years of Revit experience on architectural projects.
• Knowledge of construction types and project workflows.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and intermediate skills in Sketchup, Rhino, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Revit certification preferred.

This position is not intended for candidates with a professional architecture degree. Salary ranges from $26.16 to $41.63/hour, with full benefits for those working more than 24 hours/week.
