• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a process‑driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience in an Agile or Scrum environment is a strong plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus.
