Overview
Restoration Project Manager (RPM) at Paul Davis oversees restoration and reconstruction projects following property disasters such as fire or flood. You will work directly with property owners, insurance professionals, sub‑contractors, and the Paul Davis team to scope, budget, and complete projects to the original standard.

Compensation
Base commission on completed projects. Current RPMs earn $50,000‑$100,000 yearly, with no limit to earning potential. PTO and sick days with flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Communicate scope and expectations to clients and adjusters.
- Scope, budget, and sign work orders for restoration projects.
- Build relationships with insurance professionals and property owners.
- Manage renovation, control and communicate budgets effectively.
- Spend time field‑based to ensure projects complete properly.
- Lead team of tradespeople, motivate them to successful completion.
- Continuously learn new construction techniques and estimate software.
- Celebrate project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at community events.
Qualifications (Requirements)
- Proficient with current technology.
- Leadership and team development skills.
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous estimating experience (Xactimate, Symbility) welcomed.
- Industry certifications such as IICRC and Lead Preferred.
- Construction project management experience.
- Ability to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
