Responsibilities
- Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and related analyses
- Grant tracking and monitoring
- Cash flow projections and monitoring
- Preparation for external audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting or industry; 5+ years preferred
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Experience or willingness to learn QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Intermediate‑level Excel skills
- Travel to client offices as needed, when safe
- Nonprofit experience preferred
- Full‑time work during normal business hours expected
