What will you do?
Prospecting: You'll use cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and other outreach methods to find potential customers. You'll also explore opportunities through trade shows, conferences, and online communities to generate leads.
Qualifying: You'll research potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and determine if they're a good fit for Openmart's solutions. Your goal is to identify prospects that are likely to move forward in the sales process.
Educating: You'll educate prospects on Openmart's products and services, explaining how our solutions can meet their specific business needs. You'll act as a trusted advisor, using your knowledge of the product and market to guide them through the buying process.
Moving Leads: When you've qualified a prospect, you'll schedule the next steps with a sales representative. You'll ensure that leads are handed off smoothly, working closely with the sales team to provide a seamless buying experience for the customer.
Reporting: You'll keep detailed records of your interactions with prospects and customers. You'll also be responsible for data cleanup, maintaining accurate databases, and analyzing data to help improve our processes.
