Position: Conflicts Attorney
Location: San Francisco, CA (San Francisco area postings and salary ranges are indicative of market alignment).
Legal authority and responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and resolving potential conflicts of interest related to the Firm's new business acquisition and lateral hiring for all Firm offices. This role ensures new matters and attorney hires comply with the Firm's conflicts and risk management policies and procedures. The Conflicts Attorney works under minimal supervision, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Successful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. Target Hiring Range: $135,000 - $198,000. Base pay is market-based and may vary by knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Full-time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
